Terms and Disclaimer
By using Cinema you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Use of the website
Cinema is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its data in bulk with automated tools.
Accuracy of information
Movie details, ratings, release dates, theatre listings and streaming availability come from third-party sources and can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. A title shown as "in theatres" may no longer be playing near you, and a title shown on a streaming service may have been removed. Please confirm with the cinema or the streaming service before making a decision or a payment. Cinema is provided "as is", without any promise that the information is correct or the service is always available.
Trademarks and content
Movie and series titles, posters, trailers, logos and service names belong to their respective owners. They are shown for information purposes. Cinema is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, JioHotstar, Apple, YouTube, TMDB, JustWatch or any studio or cinema chain.
Third-party links
The website links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, offers or policies.
Advertising and affiliate links
We may show advertisements. If we ever include affiliate links, they will be clearly marked, and they will not change the order or choice of titles we suggest.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the website or relying on the information on it.
Changes
We may change these terms. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
